Stubby Rose Anemone

The Stubby Rose Anemone is also called Beaded anemone.

It attaches itself to rocks beneath the surface, so usually found half buried in sand or gravel.

Look for short red and gray tentacles with white bands.

It has a thick column that varies in color (reddish brown to hot pink) with thick tubercles covered by sand and shell debris.
